Triumph's Mission Statement

Triumph Higher Education is a new education company, headquartered in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. Triumph is building a professionally managed system of quality, affordable colleges known for stimulating learning experiences, good outcomes, and good career opportunities for graduates. Jack Larson, the founder and former CEO and President of Career Education Corporation, is the founder and Executive Chairman of Triumph.

The primary areas of academic focus at Triumph are culinary education, healthcare education, and online education covering a wide variety of academic disciplines. These three areas offer substantial opportunity for growth and address key educational needs of the nation and the world.

The two colleges that now comprise Triumph are under the brand name, Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts - located in Boulder, Colorado and Austin, Texas, both of which specialize in culinary education.

The Triumph system will expand by adding additional colleges that require investment and innovation in order to prosper. Triumph will provide capital, expertise, technology, and leadership resources to these colleges that join the Triumph system.

Triumph is managed by a team of professionals who have a wealth of experience in cultivating and developing colleges and other post-secondary institutions, both on-ground and online. From finance, compliance, marketing, to technology, Triumph can build strength into a college so that it will rise to meet the challenges of today and tomorrow.
